Wind River Development is owned and operated by Ed Horvat. Its organization is the result of Ed’s vast exposure in the construction industry. He was successfully engaged by many nationally known firms in the development and construction industry. Early in his career, through many customer relationships, awareness became relevant that his attention to custom quality was to become inherent in the nature of his construction discipline. His exposure also gave him the ability to recognize the quality standards that should be expected and delivered in the custom construction industry.

The relationship during the building process of a custom home must be maintained as enjoyable and professional. Simple communication & honesty are what is key to building and maintaining what both client and builder need throughout the construction.

A Good Home has to Start with a Good Design

By customizing a set of base plans, our Architect can design an end product that fits the dimensions and contours of the lot as well as implement as many ideas and requirements of the client in what can be a cost effective means to a custom plan. Our Architect will also design from scratch the plan of choice if needed.
